## How to read these records

### The record

Every corporation, LLC and partnership doing business in Colorado files with the Secretary of State. This site keeps the entities formed since October 1, 2025 that are in good standing.

### Status

Good standing. Older entities are not on this site. The registered agent's name is never shown.

### What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers
and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
